“Krippu” chickpea crackers

Butter or oil
Dip walnuts in water for 10-15 minutes, then cut and fry in butter.
Mushrooms cut into small pieces and fry in butter in a pan until all the water has evaporated.
Add butter and fry, add chopped coriander seeds, thyme, pepper and salt, fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Put fried mushrooms on the chickpea cracker, roasted walnuts and serve immediately, decorated with fresh thyme.
