RECIPES  CRACKERS WITH BLACK OLIVE SAUCE

KRIPPU crackers taste great with a variety of homemade sauces.

Ingredients:

Krippu” crackers or sticks

1 cup (250ml) black olives, pitted

1 tablespoon capers

2 cloves

2 tablespoons of cold-pressed (extra virgin) olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation:

All ingredients mix into blender  and puree until a homogeneous mass.
