Pumpkin soup with “Krippu”

Aromatic pumpkin soup together with "Krippu" crackers create a real harmony of taste. It is very healthy and warms you up. In addition, it is gluten free, and does not contain dairy products and eggs.

Ingredients:

Krippu” crackers or sticks

Pumpkin 300g

Carrots 300g

Celery root 200g

One onion

Oil or butter for frying 2-3 tbsp.

White pepper

Nutmeg

Salt

Preparation:

  1. Cut and fry the onion, then add other vegetables cut into small pieces.
  2. Add about half a litre of water and cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables become soft.
  3. Add spices and blend it.
  4. Serve with "Krippu" crackers. For garnishment you can use panned pumpkin seeds.
