"Krippu" is an innovative product made according to a special recipe and technology. The key component of the crackers is chickpeas, which are rich in protein and fibre, so they are ideal for physically active people, vegetarians and vegans. Chickpea snacks do not contain allergens and artificial additives.
Our goal was to create a healthy snack that would be suitable for any user - young and old, vegetarian (or even vegan) and non-vegetarian, for people with and without allergies, for those who take care of healthy lifestyle and those who enjoy quick snacks, etc. We managed to do this.
"Krippu" crackers can be used in many different ways. They are so crunchy and tasty that they can be eaten just like that, without any additions, but they can also be combined with other products – use them as a basis for healthy canapés or as an addition to soups, salads and other dishes. Here you can find some ideas.

Fiber is also carbohydrates! Carbohydrates are divided into:
1) fast or bad (glucose, fructose, lactose), 2) in the combined or right
(starch, cellulose, glycogen, and pectin or fiber).
The quality of life depends on what we eat, so choose a
nutritious and balanced diet. Chickpea crackers have high fiber!
The fiber cleanses the body, stabilizes the intestinal
microflora, and improves digestion. Compound carbohydrates contribute to a
reduction in cholesterol levels in the blood, and their regular inclusion in
the diet serves the prevention of atherosclerosis. If more processed or refined
products are consumed on a daily basis, where the amount of fiber is minimal,
starch is more rapidly processed into glucose, which, in turn, promotes hunger
sooner in the blood and eating too much. As a result, this is one of the causes
of obesity.
The fibers are practically not digested and energy or
calories cannot be obtained from them. For this reason, fiber-rich foods are
recommended for people who want to lose weight.
