RECIPES  BLACK OLIVE SAUCE

Chickpea crackers and sticks taste great with a variety of homemade sauces.

  • gluten-free
  • nut-free
  • vegetarian & vegan

Ingredients:

  • Krippu” crackers or sticks
  • 1 cup (250ml) black olives, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed (extra virgin) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation:

All ingredients mix into a blender and puree until a homogeneous mass.
