RECIPES  Chanterelle snack

Delicious and crispy mushroom finger snacks, which will taste great on daily and holidays. They are gluten-free, high in protein and natural minerals.


  • “Krippu” chickpea crackers
  • Chanterelles or mushrooms
  • Butter or oil
  • Coriander, thyme
  • Salt, pepper
  • Walnuts


  1. Dip walnuts in water for 10-15 minutes, then cut and fry in butter.
  2. Mushrooms cut into small pieces and fry in butter in a pan until all the water has evaporated.
  3.  Add butter and fry, add chopped coriander seeds, thyme, pepper and salt, fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Put fried mushrooms on the chickpea cracker, roasted walnuts and serve immediately, decorated with fresh thyme.

 Finger snacks for parties ready!
