Chanterelles or mushrooms
Butter or oil
- Dip walnuts in water for 10-15 minutes, then cut and fry in butter.
- Mushrooms cut into small pieces and fry in butter in a pan until all the
water has evaporated.
- Add butter and fry, add chopped coriander seeds, thyme, pepper and salt, fry
for another 2-3 minutes.
- Put fried mushrooms on the chickpea cracker, roasted walnuts and serve
immediately, decorated with fresh thyme.
